Growblox Splicing Guide

Splicing means planting two different seeds on the same tile to grow a brand-new tree. The loading screen tip says it simply: splice two seeds together to grow something new. It is also a Daily Quest ("Splice 3 seeds", 250 gems).
How to splice
- Pick two different seeds.
- Plant the first seed on an empty tile.
- Plant the second seed on the same tile.
- If the pair is a recipe, the game announces the new tree.
Known splice recipes

The message for a working splice reads: "Wood Block Seed and Grass Seed have been spliced to make a Wooden Platform Tree!"
"Can't be spliced"
Two copies of the same seed never splice. If you try, you get "Hmm, it looks like Lava Seed and Lava Seed can't be spliced." Pairs with no recipe give a similar message, so test with cheap seeds first.
Why splicing matters
Splicing is how you reach higher-rarity trees without buying packs. The Basic Splicing Kit (227 gems) in the Pack Kit tab is "the basic seeds any farmer needs". Code seeds from STARTERKIT can be spliced even before level 10.
