Growblox Farming & Building Guide

Farming is the heart of Growblox. You break blocks for seeds, plant them as trees, punch the trees to harvest, then replant, splice or sell what you get. Building is the same system in reverse: every block you place came from a tree.
The farming loop
- Break blocks to get seeds and gems.
- Plant the seeds in your world.
- Wait for the timer, then punch the tree to harvest.
- Replant, splice or trade the drops.
Seeds, rarity and grow time
Every item has a rarity. Low-rarity trees grow in seconds: a Grass Tree showed 13 seconds left and a Dirt Tree 17 seconds. High-rarity trees take hours: a Sugar Cane Tree (rarity 24) showed 2 hours 25 minutes. A Daily Quest asks you to harvest 10 trees of rarity 30 or more, so plan a few slow, valuable trees each day.

A simple dirt farm
Many players start with a dirt farm: fill rows with Dirt Trees, harvest, break the blocks for more seeds and gems, and repeat. It is slow money, but it is how iVendingQ saved for a World Lock in his first video.
Speed it up with grow sprays
The Pack Kit tab sells Grow Spray Fertilizer (5 bottles, 227 gems on Nov 4) and Deluxe Grow Spray ("grows a tree 24 hours' worth", 1,021 gems). Use them on high-rarity trees only; on a 13-second Grass Tree they are wasted.
Building your world
Worlds are a grid of 100 × 60 tiles (the tile display reads "tile 47, 34 of 100x60"). Place blocks from your inventory bar, add a door and signs, and lock it. Lava blocks, wooden platforms and decoration from packs like the Farm Pack (cow, chicken, wheat, barn blocks and a tractor) let you build themed worlds. Use locks to stop griefers.
Turning harvests into gems
Sell spare seeds in busy trade worlds (you will see names like BUYSEED and BUYSUGARCANE in the world list), and stack Daily Quests. Our gems guide lists every free source.
